In other news, finals are coming up next week.. and I'm really scared for them. And stressed. I know some of them will be easy, like math and communications.. but anthropology and history and psychology are gonna kill me! Eeek.. I feel like as much as I study, I'll never be caught up.. :/

In other news.. does anyone watch Dexter? OMG, it is getting SO GOOD lately. That, and Project Runway. I miss having TV! I don't have it at the dorms! So when I come home (like I did this weekend) I end up watching so much, to catch up! Ahhh! Haha.

Blah. Back to college, back to classes, back to boooring things.

Well, good news.. I got a 50/50 on this huge psychology paper I had, that I thought I was going to fail! So that was a nice thing to wake up to, haha.

But now I'm in my ancient history class, and god, it's so boring! I just feel like I'm wasting my life in this class! So.. I'm posting here instead. ;]

I had a fantastic Thanksgiving break! I saw all of my friends and it was so nice.. I missed them all so much. We went out in the middle of the night to the beach, right at midnight and played in the sand and ran around, and we went to the park another night.. it was so much fun. I can't wait for winter break, so we can do it over again, every night!

However, my bank account suffers during winter break.. so many Christmas gifts to get..!

So, my question to you!
What are your suggestions for cheap, yet really neat and cute and unique, heartfelt gifts?
Homemade is good, too. I'm up for anything. :)

Happy Thanksgiving, to everyone who celebrates!

I've been hanging out with my three best friends who I haven't seen in months these last few days, and it's really nice, yet bittersweet. I hate knowing that in three or so days, I'm going to have to leave them for another month.

In less wonderful news, though, I've been feeling very.. burdened lately. Like I'm the go-to girl for everyone's problems.. like I'm some sort of diary. Everyone rants their problems to me and talks about themselves so much, it's like I'm not even a person. It's wearing me out, especially when I have my own problems to deal with on top of it. Yeah, I care about my friends and everything and want them to be happy, but dang.

GAH! It's amazing being home. It really is.

On Friday, after my two hour drive home, I stopped by my sister's work, and then we went SHOPPING!! WOO! I got two pairs of boots, two skirts (one of which is a really darling black pencil skirt), a houndstooth dress/tunic, and some white skinny jeans. Guh. They're all fantastic. I just want to wear my new clothes all the time.. I feel that way all the time after I got shopping, haha ! XD

Today, my friend came over and awww it was really nice seeing her. In about three days.. it'll be our TEN-YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF FRIENDSHIP. Can you believe that? XD! And it was the first time I saw her in like, four months. So it was really nice. We hugged for like ever. :] I love meeting up with old friends.

We've both changed a ton but getting together it was like we were the old third-grade kids who liked to play puppies. Haha. :]

Today I watched The Mighty Boosh. New addiction! I love that show. Ohhh British humor. :)

I'm excited for Wednesday! My other two best friends come home to San Diego.. and we're going to get together at 10pm and watch movies and get midnight meals. :) I love hanging out with them.. us four were like a team... we were so close, and it's so sad we all four went to different colleges. But the fact that we're all still close even being so far away is amazing. :)

I love my friends. I love my family. I love my dog. I love my life!

As much as I love college and I love living away from home and I just love the freedom of it all, and dormlife... I'm going home today after class in a few hours for the entire next week for Thanksgiving.. and let me just tell you I am SO FREAKING EXCITED!! kdfjgkdjgi !!!

I miss my family so so so much. I never understood when people said they didn't like their family, because I love mine. We're all like a group of friends more than anything. Tonight, I'm going to go get smoothies with my sister and then go shopping.

Oh, yes. I'm going to get some new boots.

Oh.. oh yes.
